Here you will find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, however, please don't forget to check into our Facebook Event page regularly where you are free to ask further questions, or you may find someone has already asked and been answered! It will also give you the most up to date information as the event page is updated regularly.
The event is being held across two sites - Gwent Police Headquarters, Turnpike Road, Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran, NP44 2XJ and across the road at Crownbridge School (the road between the two sites will be closed)
The event runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm

Yes! There will be a Kids Zone with inflatables, giant slide and much more, music, ice cream etc
PLEASE NOTE: the displays could be frightening for some young children as there will be loud bangs, shouting and flashing lights
No, the event is free. There will be a charge for some of the attractions in the Kids Zone, however, proceeds from this will be going to Crownbridge School PTA
Yes, there will be toilets/disabled toilets and baby changing facilities on site
No, this is a family friendly event and alcohol will not be permitted anywhere on either site
Dogs will not be permitted at the event. This is because it is being held partly on a school site and also because our working dogs will be forming part of the displays and other dogs could be a distraction
The road is being closed from 7.00am until 7.00pm for safe access between the two sites. The closure applies to Turnpike Road, after the entrance to Llanyravon Way, therefore still allowing access to Llanyravon Way, up to and including the roundabout at the main entrance to Police Headquarters
Parking is limited to disabled parking only at the site. There are numerous public car parks within the vicinity of Police Headquarters, which we would encourage you to use, as well as public transport and, as we've booked in really good weather ;) why not walk?! Some of the car parks you can use are located at Llanyrafon Primary School, Llanyrafon Social Club, North Fields Skateboard Park, South Fields, Woodland Road Sports and Social Club, Olive Tree/Goodes Fitness.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, however, refreshments will be available to buy ranging from hot and cold drinks, savoury food, snowy cones and ice creams.
Please note that all plots are now full.
Access to the building will not be permitted
